SARAH STEWART - Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist

I graduated from the Masters of Physiotherapy program at the University of British Columbia in 2007. I have also completed a BSc in Kinesiology and a MSc in Exercise Physiology from the University of Victoria. I am currently completing post-graduate training in manual and manipulative therapy.

I rowed competitively during University and then became involved in triathlon - I have competed in Ironman Canada on two occasions (10:30). I am a member of Kelowna’s Total Restoration Cycling Team and I have recently raced as a member of the Canadian National Cycling Team in Europe and North America. I enjoy helping a variety of athletes with their training programs and have a special interest in prevention and treatment of orthopaedic and sports related injuries.
